Oncology Clinic

This section provides specialty care for patients with problems related to blood disorders or malignancies, sickle cell anemia, and special hematology. Cancer treatment is delivered in coordination with surgical and radiation oncologists. This process is achieved through consultations from outpatient clinics and on the general internal medicine services. Treatment includes diagnostic and treatment for patients with blood malignancies and bone marrow disorders. A special hematology laboratory is also available and provides a comprehensive group of diagnostic test and coagulation assays for patients with acute and unusual disorders. All levels of inpatient and outpatient care are available.
