Volunteer or Give

Oklahoma City VAMC depends on the goodwill of our benefactors and volunteers who wish to give something back to America's heroes.

Volunteering at Oklahoma City VAMC

Volunteers provide many important functions throughout the Medical Center and help make our patients' stay more enjoyable. Volunteers can perform a number of services, and a volunteer's talents are closely matched with one of our many assignments.

To volunteer, call or visit the VAMC OKC Voluntary Service Office. We will be happy to receive your application or discuss how you can help us in our mission to provide comfort and care to America's veterans.

Voluntary Services at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center is always willing to work with companies and organizations who want to give back to those that have given so much for us. We will tailor a program that meets your needs in a rewarding environment.

Numerous programs are conducted throughout the year to honor those that have provided us with our freedom.  The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center would love to have you as a guest at the following ceremonies:

National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans – February

EX-POW Recognition Day – April

Re-Creation Veterans Entertainment Group – May

Flag Day - June

National POW-MIA Recognition Day – September

Veterans Day Program – November
