Our Human Resource Department is located on the 1st floor (room 1B-104) of the OKC VAMC, and is available for applicants Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Visit H.R. to view our announcements, complete any necessary materials, and submit your application package.

New Associate In-Processing Papers
Please select the appropriate package and complete all of the forms. Be sure to print off all forms. Bring all documents with you the first day of employment. These papers must be completed upon arrival for orientation. If you do not have access to a printer you may do one of the following:
Stop by Human Resources Department located on the 1st floor Room 104 and pick up a packet.
Contact Human Resources Department (405) 456-5127 and request a packet be mailed.
Remember to bring two forms of ID. Your driver's license will be required along with your car tag number and insurance verification form for your car decals. Decals will be issued the first day of orientation. If you have any questions or problems filling out the forms, please call (405) 456-5127.
